Delivery Charges
If we need to send you more than one package, you only pay once per order.
Postage and packaging costs apply as follows:

£100 and over FREE
Within Europe £14.95
Rest of the World £24.95
Postage is FREE on all UK orders over £100. We send all our packages by either 1st Class Post, Recorded Parcel Post or Parcelforce, dependant on the weight and value of the order. We can deliver to your home address or any other address you specify e.g. your office or a neighbour who is at home during the day. You will normally receive your goods within 10 working days.
Security
We recognise the importance of security when ordering online. Our payments are processed securely using SagePay’s Direct facility. This encrypts all your personal information and credit card details into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Paypal, and take payment when you place your order.
Returns Policy
You have 28 days for a full refund from the date you receive your parcel any returns after this period will not be accepted. Our aim is total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us immediately. We will refund or exchange any item providing it is unworn, in its original condition and packaging and is in a re-sellable condition. Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your post office, since we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
